Business Development Associate

Our client sells information technology products and services which include legacy services, data center and cloud storage services. They are looking to hire an SDR to identify and qualify prospects and understand customer's needs and wants. You will work hand in hand with the account executive as a team and this will include responding to leads, qualifying them and working with the AE so that they too can be successful. You will have to find areas of opportunities to provide enhanced solutions that creates value for our existing customers and present our suite of services and products to prospects. This position is an excellent gateway to a more senior sales position within the organization for the candidate who so desires. Please submit your resume in English.

FUNCTIONS
Identify current and potential customers' needs through discovery calls
Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
Qualify leads
Work closely with Account Executives for a win-win
Book appointments in the sales representatives' agenda
Introduce new services to existing clients
Collaborate with different internal divisions
Reach and exceed KPI's
Clearly communicate the customer's needs to the sales team
Participate in different training to get deeper knowledge of our services
Provide thorough business analysis with financial justifications to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0% (Warm leads and existing accounts)
Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%
Languages: Bilingual
Education: College degree
Training: Full remote training
Overnight Travel: No overnight travel
Years’ of experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Other requirements:
You must have experience in prospecting
Great communicator
Experience selling to C level clients
Comfortable with technology
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable Knowledge:
Knowledge of Saas and cloud a huge asset
Comfortable with Microsoft suite of products
