Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. ( 
Profile: Our client sells information technology products and services which include legacy services, data center and cloud storage services. 
YOU will be trained to transition to an Outside Account Executive position. 
The candidate we seek is a hunter and is strategic in going about acquiring new business. 
You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive as a team and this will include responding to leads, qualifying them and working with the AE so that they too can be successful.
You must be able to pass a background check. 

Territory: Quebec & Ontario
Workplace: Work from home.  Must be based in Montreal.
Products/Services: Business Information and management services 
Salary: Base $65,000 
Commissions/Bonus: $25,000 at 100% of plan + uncapped commissions 
Car allowance: Yes based on matrix

  • Introduce new products and services in an effort to cross-sell 
  • Develop account plans 
  • Implicate specialists as need be 
  • Work through negotiated RFP sales processes 
  • Negotiate pricing and service level agreements 
  • Provide continuous education to clients 

Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0% 
Road vs Office: 20% vs 80% home office
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience needed 
Training: 6 week onboarding program provided 
Overnight Travel: less than 10% overnight travel needed 
Years’ of experience: At least 3 years in an equivalent position needed 

  • You have sold technology 
  • You have sold solutions to small / medium sized businesses
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C level executives
Transferable contacts: Contacts within the target client base is an asset 
Transferable Knowledge: 
  • Knowledge of sales process and solution selling
