Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of filtration systems destined for a variety of industries and we are looking to fill a position of an inside sales rep to find and develop new clients across Canada from our Montreal office.
Territory: Canada & US
Workplace: Montreal office-near metro (5 days per week)
Products/Services: Filtration systems for industrial clients
Salary: Base $65,000-$70,000
Commissions/Bonus: $22,000 paid annually
Car allowance: resimbursement of km
Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30%
Road vs Office: 25% to 50% travel and the rest at office downtown
Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed
Training: 2 weeks Full training provided
Overnight Travel: Could be 1-2 weeks travel per month across North America
Years of experience: At least 5 years experience needed
Other requirements: Can create activities from outbound and receiving leads from marketing efforts
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable Knowledge: Knowledge of filtration and products is an asset

Functions:
- manage daily tasks with End users, OEMs, distributors and consultants
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Visit customers, follow up with them and negotiate pricing
- Accompany OEM reps on road, where need be
- Respond to customer requests
- Prospect new OEMs
- Participate in trade shows
- Present our company's products and services
- Create and present proposals
- Perform market analysis
- Ensure that customers' technical needs and unanswered questions are dealt with head office
Requirements:
