Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of pumps and mixers used in a variety of industries and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Quebec to manage their distribution network. You are based out of Montreal and bring experience in selling rotating equipment to the table. You will also be tasked with calling on engineering firms to help get specified and industrial accounts. Workplace: Work from home (local to Montreal)
Products/Services: Pumps and mixers
Salary: Base $90,000-$110,000
Commissions/Bonus:$30,000 annually (paid quarterly)
Car allowance: $750/month + mileage

Functions:

• Support distribution network with your knowledge and sales assistance
• Qualify clients and prospects
• Call on engineering firms
• Build relationships with engineering firms specialized in municipalities and industrial accounts
• Perform lunch and learns with EPCs
• Meet with end-users  2-3x/week either face to face or via Teams
• Work closely with application engineers to suggest solutions
• Participate in trade shows
• Track all sales-related activities within CRM
• Meet with Sales Manager weekly for funnel reviews

  
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
Education: College degree or equivalent experience
Training: Full training provided online, on the road and self-paced
Overnight Travel: Less than 10% overnight travel
Years of experience: At least 5 years experience selling rotating equipment into related markets
