Profile: Our client is a distributor fashion accessories and is looking for a sales coordinator to work closely with the president. The role, located on the south shore, requires present at the office and the role can be worked over 5 or 4 days, as long as the hours are done. The person we seek, has a design, fashion or esthetics flair and is fluently bilingual. Your role will be to set up appointments with potential clients, customer service, manage the quoting and maintaining customer service.
Territory: Canada and the US- Most of the work will be with Quebec customers but will occasionally involve American customers as we expand.

Functions:
- Collaborate with President on her tasks and duties
- Proactively book client meetings for President
- Assist with both marketing and sales
- Put training online to serve our retail clients
- Work on quotes
- Daily follow up with customers
- Perform data entry and update internal tools
- Maintain customer service through phone calls, emails, texting, website and goodwill towards customers
- Work on our social media platforms such as Instagram
