Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of industrial equipment (ex scaffolding) and is looking for a new business sales rep to sell capital equipment to rental companies across Quebec and the Maritimes. This is for a sales rep used to bringing in new business and knows how to sell longer sales cycles. Please note the role requires overnight travel of 2-3 days per week. Salary: Base $80,000
Commissions/Bonus: $40,000 annually (paid quarterly)
Car allowance: Vehicle provided + corporate credit card
Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: French and English
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Training: On the job training which includes shadowing and online, self-paced portal
Overnight Travel: 2-3 days per week overnight travel required
Years of experience: 4+ years experience in a relevant field is required

- Meet company-established KPIs such as visits, sales, budget etc
- Attend trade shows and promote our products
- Visit national accounts, located in your territory and work with National Account Manager
- Participate in on-going training
