Profile: Our client in the accessories retail industry, is looking for a Senior District Sales Manager in Montreal to take care of the Quebec market. Your role is to manager their 20+ stores with their managers and store personnel. The role requires that you help your store managers with hiring, operations, and performance management. You have experience coaching and know where to look to analyze the numbers and implement changes, if need be.
Territory: Province of Quebec

Salary: Base $130k-$180k
Commissions/Bonus:20% bonus on base

Functions:
- Visit with store managers on a regular basis
- Assess performance of both over-performing and under-performing stores
- Coach managers on performance management, recruiting and retention
- Analyze sales per store and other key KPIs
- Create and execute on plan to improve
- Ensure that your people's training is done and up to date
- Suggest and implement new training programs
- Follow budget and sales plan
- Give regular feedback to managers
- Train your managers on effective coaching and training of their staff
- Be at store level, as much as possible
