Profile: Our client sells b2b professional services to the mid sized market and is looking for a senior sales manager to manage a team of business development reps in Montreal. We are looking for a leader that people want to follow, has a guiding hand, is able to build and maintain strong partnerships with outside companies and is able to hold people accountable. You are bilingual, will be present at least 2 days per week in the office and come with a strong sales background/culture. Please submit your resume in English.

Salary: Base $120,000-$150,000
Commissions/Bonus: $60,000 annually
Car allowance: $500/month

Functions:
  • Foster a strong, healthy sales culture
  • Set up key KPIs and follow through with team members
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners
  • Meet with partners , with team-members on a regular basis
  • Perform 1 on 1's with team members
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Work closely with implementation team
  • Be present for guidance and coaching, when  needed
  • Develop team members closing skills
  • Hire, inspire and guide team members
  • Ensure CRM is updated, as per company guidelines
  • Ensure new-hire training is done to ensure success
  • Collaborate with VP on company initiatives


  
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30%
Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%
Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
Education: Post-secondary education needed
Training: On the job training needed
Overnight Travel: Less than 20% overnight travel needed
Years of experience: At least 7 years in a similar position needed

  • Must have worked in a highly competitive B2B position
  • Has experience coaching b2b salespeople
