Profile: Our client sells b2b professional services to the mid sized market and is looking for a senior sales manager to manage a team of business development reps in Montreal. We are looking for a leader that people want to follow, has a guiding hand, is able to build and maintain strong partnerships with outside companies and is able to hold people accountable. You are bilingual, will be present at least 2 days per week in the office and come with a strong sales background/culture. Please submit your resume in English.

Functions:
- Foster a strong, healthy sales culture
- Set up key KPIs and follow through with team members
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners
- Meet with partners , with team-members on a regular basis
- Perform 1 on 1's with team members
- Conduct weekly sales meetings
- Work closely with implementation team
- Be present for guidance and coaching, when needed
- Develop team members closing skills
- Hire, inspire and guide team members
- Ensure CRM is updated, as per company guidelines
- Ensure new-hire training is done to ensure success
- Collaborate with VP on company initiatives
